An as-built survey is performed during as well as upon completion of construction. On most construction projects our field team will locate improvements and measure the elevation of the improvements with the purpose of verifying their as-built location for comparison with construction plans. A signed survey document may be produced portraying a mapped representation of the findings.
We also can provide resident site surveyors to carry out as-built surveys during construction or long after completion, examples include as-built surveys for pipeline pipe joint mapping for record drawings, independent school districts construction projects, and as-built plans for various city and municipality purposes etc.
